Driver Education Instructor Certification This 40-hour course provides instruction strategies for teaching Driver Education in the classroom and behind the wheel. It is mandatory for anyone who wants to teach Driver Education in private Driver Education schools or in the public schools. College credit is available. Instructors currently teaching Classroom Curriculum or Behind the Wheel on a training waiver are required to take this class. Current waivers will expire 10 days after the last day of the class.
